The availability shown online is live and always up-to-date. A 50% deposit on the entire reservation is required upon booking to reserve your room. The remainder will be charged 14 days before your arrival. 


As a very small inn with only four rooms, our business is significantly affected by cancellations, so while we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your compliance with the following policy.


If your reservation is canceled within two weeks (14 days) of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged for the total number of nights reserved. Late arrivals and early departures are handled as cancellations, and you will be charged for the nights specified in your reservation.

If this policy concerns you, we highly recommend that you consider travel insurance. It is widely available and will compensate you in the event that unforeseen circumstances disrupt your plans.

Reservations canceled before the 14-day window will receive a deposit refund. Reservations must be canceled via email. Please do not call to request a cancellation.

All cancellations will incur a $35 credit card processing fee.

check in/out

We offer self-check-in any time after 3 pm. All pertinent information regarding your stay will be sent via email and text before your arrival.

Check-out is at 11 am. You may leave your key in your room.

service fee

A 2% fee is added to all lodging reservations. The entirety of the fee is distributed to the housekeeping team. 


A light self-serve breakfast is available at your convenience in our guest lounge. The lounge has yogurt, fruit, granola, preserves, hard-boiled eggs, and bagels. Coffee is available in the guest lounge at 6 am, but each room has a pour-over coffee setup for your convenience.

children/extra guests

Each of our rooms will accommodate two persons comfortably. Rooms 2, 3, and 4 can accommodate one additional guest via a twin sleeping mat. Each guest over five will be an extra $35/night. Children under 5 are free. Couples traveling with more than one additional guest should consider booking multiple rooms. All guest names must be listed when making your reservation for your safety in an emergency.


Well-behaved and fully-trained dogs are welcome. If you travel with your pet, you must add them to your reservation. A $50 flat fee will be charged to your reservation. Any room damages will be assessed and charged in addition to the pet fee. Pets may not be left in the room unattended and must always be kept on a leash.

group reservations

We do not reserve room blocks or manage split payments. If you would like to reserve all of our rooms for an event, we encourage you to book all of the rooms and collect payment from your guests.

historic property

Much of the charm of the inn and the surrounding area comes from its dialogue with the past and historic nature. While some of our floors may creak and some of the windows may stick, we feel it's part of the charm, and we hope you do, too.

the restaurant

We operate a full-service restaurant at the inn Wednesday - Saturday, and on those evenings, you may hear merriment and amplified music until 10 pm.
