As a very small inn, with only four rooms, our business is significantly affected by cancellations, so while we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your compliance with the following policy.
All cancellations are subject to a $35 fee when charged on a credit card. If your reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks (14 days) of your scheduled arrival you will be charged for the full amount of the nights reserved. Late arrivals and early departures are handled as cancellations and you will be charged for the nights specified in your reservation.
We do offer pet friendly accomodations, but dog reservations must be made in advance as we allow only two pets on the property at one time. A $50 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Additional charges may apply if your pet causes damages to the property.
Check In is from 3pm- 5:30pm. If you will be later please give us a call at (207) 359-2777 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you are all set for a contactless check inn.
Check Out is 11am and you can leave your keys right on the lobby desk.
